چکیده
The article presents a clinical case of perineal defect reconstruction using VRAM flap in patient with vulvar cancer. Stepwise surgical treatment method is described. A multidisciplinary meeting allows to realize plan help for such patients the goal treating oncological process and its complications. We have proposed variant through transfer vertical rectus abdominis musculocutaneous vascular pedicle.
